Very happy with the service and product provided. Ryan was great in giving professional opinions about the different thickness and such of different doors we had selected. The slate color of the garage door is a very very close match to our front door slate from some other vendor, which is incredible! They fixed the gaps that we had at the top and bottom, new seal around it. The motor used to sway every time due to the improper installation of the previous owners, but this doesn't sway and is quiet. Stephen was great, installation went smoothly and he cleaned up nicely afterwards. Very highly recommended. Very happy with what we got. 5/5
JJ and Elijah were professional, courteous and thorough in the service of my garage door. The door springs were adjusted for proper balance, hinges and rollers lubricated, and battery back-up options for the opener were discussed. I would highly recommend American Overhead Door to others.
