Rene was professional and friendly since the moment he showed up and shook my hand. The diagnostic was quick. My 20 years garage motor just gave out. He went through the options from low to high, even took my wife’s comment into consideration. That was important, since she signs the check. We went with the mid options. Although, I didn’t need all the bells and whistles, I went with the whole package and had the work done right then and there because I trusts Rene. After 22+ years managing Hotels and teaching Hospitality, I can spot a sales pitch. With Rene, it was just like we were having a conversation to find the best solution. We took a break to enjoy the Full Totality eclipse in the middle of the recommendation. The overcast clouds opened up for us right then. Lucky huh? Anyway, we have a smooth and quiet garage now, thanks to Rene and Gator Garage. He took the time to do a proper job and cleaned up afterward. I would recommend Rene’s work any day.

The technician arrived right on time and spent the day completing the installation. There were a couple of minor issues specific to our home that he talked to me about and we agreed on his plan. He was professional, courteous and left the garage clean. I would highly recommend Gator!
