We are so pleased with Kanga Roofing from start to finish. Everyone involved in the process was incredibly efficient and courteous!! Matt Southall ( Senior Roofing Advisor) did a very thorough assessment of our roof and patiently reviewed the condition of the roof and replacement process. Matt guided us with zero sales pressure. Always calm friendly and professional. Hanna Hernandez ( Production Supervisor) was efficient and very helpful! A SPECIAL shout out to Wyatt Foust ( Roofing Superintendent) and his crew!! Wyatt and his STELLAR crew seamlessly replaced our roof in one day. Care was taken to protect plants and property. Superb clean up. Communication is King and Wyatt communicated a steady stream of real time updates with crystal clear drone pictures of the process. I can't emphasize how much that eases ones anxiety. Knowing that there was always a Superintendent on site for questions or concerns is beautiful. A 5 star and much gratitude. Highly recommended.

We called the morning after the hail storm. Chad came out that day and assessed the roof. He left a sign to help keep us from being bothered by the seemingly endless storm chasing roof companies that descended on our neighborhood. Once insurance was out and approved the replacement, we were put on the schedule at our convenience. Wyatt was our installation supervisor and kept us informed of expectations and progress throughout the day. A first class operation on our second roof with Kanga in just over 5 years. We will call them for our next roofing project, no doubt about it!

I'm giving Kanga this rating because even though it was not what most people would call a smooth process they bent over backwards to ensure that everything was done correctly and in the best time frame they could. They explained the process very well and kept me informed when weather was going to be an issue, when material was going to be here. The crew was very nice and respectful of my property. They worked with my insurance to get the extra cost covered and kept to their promise on my out-of-pocket price (which is not my experience with others). Great job Kanga team, my roof is beautiful.
