We couldn't be happier with our Denali pool. Thanks to Monique (design) and especially Joe (project manager), the end-to-end process was simple, fast, and painless---seriously, we went from a spray paint outline on our grass to swimming in a blink. We are especially happy with how Joe and team handled all the small things that pop up---the drain that didn't drain as well as expected, the fence that got a little too dinged up, the part that was slightly damaged and needed to be replaced (even though we didn't know it). This is a pretty complex construction project, after all, and Joe handled that with calm, accommodating ease.

a week ago New Was very happy during the build out with progress and communication - the finishing few weeks seemed to take a while, but in the end the pool turned out great. Had a warranty issue with the Pentair lights that took way to long to resolve - I think I likely got caught between Pentair converting all warranty service to a single provider versus allowing the pool builders to handle themselves - but in the end it got resolved.

Denali was amazing from start to finish. From Esteban’s attention to detail in our design to Eric’s amazing communication, helpfulness and professionalism throughout the project and everything in between. All of the work was well done, on time and questions were always answered quickly. We absolutely recommend working with this company!.

I was very impressed with Prime Pool Service and their quick turn around in making me an appointment to take care of my pool issue. My pool was not priming and taking in a lot of air in the return piping. Kudos to Graham who was the techncian who was sent to assess the problem. He was very professional and knew exactly what the problem was a defective skimmer door that was not opening to allow water to pass. He was very knowledgeable about pool service and gave me some very good tips on operating the pool pump. I will definitly use Prime Pool Service again for they are top notch when it comes to service.

We had Them clean out our DE filter. They were very timely and thorough. Gave us a couple tips on how to use it better in the future. Also made some recommendations about the rest of our equipment that was spot on with what other people had said. Will definitely use again, probably sign them up for monthly service.
