NEIL H. STOLLMAN, MD, FACP, FACG, AGAF - EAST BAY CENTER FOR DIGESTIVE HEALTH REVIEWS
At first I was annoyed that the doctor was 45 minutes behind schedule, but once I got in his office, I realized why. He's not going to hurry you along! It's rare to not feel rushed, to feel listened to, to feel relaxed, and to feel the confidence like your doc is going to get to the bottom of what's going on. Basically, this was the best consultation I've ever received from a doctor. Dr. Stollman has great communication skills and has a compassionate way about him. Neil Stollman has all of these qualities and more. He is a true doctor!
He seemed quite skilled but what I would know better is his kind manner, strong communication, and sense of humor. Digestive health is really important, early detection matters, and I strong recommend Dr. Stollman and the whole team there, notably also Nurse Mardochee Val.
I've been seeing Dr. Stollman for 20 years and he's the best! Professional, great patient interactions, provides information. I highly recommend him.

Dr Chard has been taking care of me for about 12 years now. He personal and is very professional. He explains what he is going to do and how he is going to do it. Although I have treatments every year, he has actually sent me to another doctor when he thought it would be better for me to get an expert. I trust him to do the right thing at the right time.
Dr Paul Chard is the best!! He cares about his clients !!!!!!

LIANA VESGA, MD - EAST BAY CENTER FOR DIGESTIVE HEALTH REVIEWS
I went to Dr. Vesga for a second opinion after another GI Specialist said "not much we can do... you're own maximum therapies" (ie. Tylenol & Omeprozol), yet in severe pain still. Dr. Vesga spent over an hour reviewing my symptoms, my charts/labs, and exploring options. She gave me multiple options but advised gathering more test results to be cautious. She called me directly to report normal lab results at 6pm a few weeks later. She created a plan of action in case pain comes back. She was very attentive and recalled even minor details from our first discussion. I felt heard, respected, and taken care of. Fantastic doctor.
Dr. Vesga spotted a very high risk and easy-to-miss lesion on my first screening colonoscopy and I am so grateful for her keen eye. This is a type of colon polyp that is very flat so it is very easy to miss. I'm a physician as well and I picked Dr. Vesga because I know from my past interactions with her for many years that she is very professional, dedicated, and smart. She may well have saved my life and I will forever be very grateful.
Had a colonoscopy there today and everything was easy, quick, and efficient. I literally woke up in recovery, had no pain, discomfort or grogginess. No one wants to have a colonoscopy done, but it's necessary. This is the place to do it. All of the staff were kind and gentle and patient. Dr. Vesga is super sweet and made sure I was comfortable and reassured prior to the procedure.
