My 8 year old daughter was diagnosed with AVM. Her brain was swelling and had a huge blood clot. He had to do emergency surgery. They told us she may never talk again . 4 hrs after waking up she was singing. They also told us that she would be in the hospital three weeks to three months. They released her just 6 days after surgery. She is right back to her normal self. I thank God and Dr. Sun
My son was diagnosed with tethered cord. Dr. Sun performed the surgery and there was no complication after the surgery. My son is now an active and healthy toddler! I cannot express enough appreciation to Dr. Sun. He saved my son and my family! My son had utis every month since a few months after he was born. After almost 2 years of specialists and testing, he saw Dr. Sun for a tethered spinal cord. We were in shock that his spinal cord could be what was causing his utis but, held onto hope. Dr. Sun performed the surgery, and my son wound up back in the ER within a week for a uti (we were told to expect this). Since then, he has gone ALMOST 9 MONTHS WITHOUT A UTI! THANK YOU DR. Its hard to know quite where to start, as my entire experience with Dr Randall and his staff was amazing from start to finish. He is a real real doctor and his staff are just as committed to health care as he is. They are all extremely competent and professional. They are compassionate and very efficient. To Melissa, who mans the front desk with efficiency and love, to Yolanda ,Dr Randalls incredible coordinator, to Ashly who so smoothly navigates the minefield of office/insurance issues, to Dr Randall himself, for his skills compassion and dedication, and to any one else on the team who I've forgotten, THANK YOU. My surgery was long and complex with some spine fusion and a laminotomy. Five months later, I'm so much better in ways I never imagined. Its not very often that I have had the opportunity to rave about positive medical experiences, but in this case, its so my pleasure. They so deserve their amazing reputation and I cannot recommend them enough.
Dr. Randall has helped my wife with her back. Now I'm having some of the same issues. Amongst the doctors we see, Dr. Randall is number one! And my first appointment was a Telemedicine video conference! Amazing technology, brought about by the Pandemic, but it is a sea change in how medical care is going to be delivered going forward. Kudos to Dr. Randall for pioneering this technology!
I often read reviews on doctors. I have never written any reviews. Dr Randall is the absolute best doctor I have seen....and I am picky. He is able to evaluate and give you the chance to make your own decisions based on his opinion. His expertise is terrific. Beside manner....before, during and after is great. I am pain free and experiencing a new life.
