“Dr. Peter Sun completed his medical education at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He also did his residency at Yale University School of Medicine and his fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Peter Sun is board-certified in Neurological Surgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. He is the Co-founder of the Peacock Cerebral Palsy and Movement Disorders Center and Co-surgical director of the UCSF Pediatric Brain Center. He also serves as the Neurosurgical director of the UCSF Craniofacial Center. Dr. Peter specializes in the treatment of intrathecal baclofen therapy and craniospinal traumatic injuries. He has made significant contributions to his field, co-authoring numerous peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, and delivering lectures across the country. Currently, Dr. Peter practices at Children's Neurosurgical Associates, where he prioritizes creating a safe and pleasant environment for his patients.
