Carl Atallah, DO - Advanced GI LLC

Dr. Atallah is very kind, professional and listened to my concerns. I had a previous surgery requiring a "twilight" anesthesia that was completely ineffective and I ended up feeling every bit of the surgery and extreme pain. So, I was very nervous about having the endoscopy procedure which also required a twilight anesthesia. Dr. Atallah was able to ease my concerns about the procedure, and the procedure itself was painless an overall a very positive experience. I was also about an hour late for my procedure which was completely unintentional. I somehow missed the part where I was required to be there an hr before my scheduled procedure time. Dr. Atallah still performed the procedure which I greatly appreciate, and he and his staff were nice about it as well. I was just very thankful that I was not asked to reschedule the procedure because I live about 1.5 hrs. away from the hospital where Dr. Atallah practices.

He thoroughly explained what to expect during the endoscopy and answered all the questions I had about the procedure. I appreciate that the doctor took the time to explain everything to me and did not rush through the appointment. I was also able to schedule my appointment for the following week. I am happy about that as well.

Dr. Atallah had a way of both comforting and informing in a lighthearted and sincere approach. His technician who I met first was great as well. Overall great experience so far!
