DR. ALAN M JAFFE, PSYD REVIEWS
My husband and I sought help from Dr Jaffe when 27 years of marriage were on the verge of dissolving. He was and is very professional , intuitive and knowledgeable. He taught us new skills that allow us to evaluate ourselves and address issues before they are problems. Strongly recommended as a therapist for any situation.
Dr. Jaffe has had a tremendous impact on my life. When I first scheduled an appointment with him, I was in a very dark place. Through careful and sincere analysis, he was able to help me identify what was causing my anguish, helped me become sophisticated in how to deal with it appropriately and ultimately overcome it. I have worked with Dr. Jaffe now for two years and cannot express how happy I am with his services.
I always have Dr. Jaffe's full attention. It is always obvious to me that he takes what I am saying and thinks carefully before making an intervention which is just about always right on target. I have grown under his care . Is capacity for empathy is outstanding!

DR. SONILA SEJDARAS, PSY.D REVIEWS
I can genuinely say that working with the clinicians at this practice has been life changing! While I had started and stopped therapy before, this was the first time I really stuck it out long enough to feel something click. Here's the thing: therapy helps but also kinda hurts. It can be hard - but also incredibly rewarding. Not every therapist is going to be the perfect match and you gotta find the relationship that meshes for you. For me, I was lucky to find that here. I worked with several therapist's at this practice over a course of time - but Jessie was my last therapist before I felt like I was radically ok and ready to take a break. I keep trying to find the right 'therapist-y' adjectives to describe Jessie (yes -- compassionate, yes - a good listener)... but honestly the best one that describes the feeling I got from our sessions was 'steady'. If you are hurting, I hope you give help a shot. Some things will never fully go away, but we can get better at living with them. You're not alone and lot's of love to any fellow lost and aching hearts out there.
Dr. Sejdara’s professional training, depth of knowledge and experience is undeniable. The qualities that truly make her a skillful and unique clinician are her immense warmth, compassion, and authenticity. She radiates empathy for everyone around her and has an innate ability to provide a sense of grounding and peace in the spaces she enters. Her competence is exhibited by the diverse clientele and background that she serves and through her commitment to continued growth and learning as a clinician. Her approach in therapy is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and rooted in self-compassion work. I feel honored to know her as a professional colleague and continue to learn from her brilliance. I highly recommend Dr. Sejdaras as a support for anyone going through life struggles and mental illness.
I have referred several of my friends to see Dr. Sejdaras! As a fellow mental health professional, I am very selective about the professionals that I will endorse, and even more selective about who I refer my friends to see for treatment. I have full confidence when I send a client to Dr. Sejdaras. I know she is incredibly competent in working with people from a variety of backgrounds and intersecting identities, as well as being gentle and compassionate with a variety of different struggles that people may have that prompt them to seek the help of a professional. I would refer her without any reservation. She is patient, nonjudgmental, adaptable, and empathetic, and her unique skill set makes her a great fit for people who have experienced trauma, are going through mental illness, or simply need some support during a particularly hard time in life.

DR. STEVEN NAKISHER, PSY.D - NAKISHER PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES REVIEWS
Working with Dr. Nakisher has changed my life. He is easy to talk to and he gets me. Since working with him, I have made some significant changes in my life and I am so much happier than I thought I would be.
I have worked with a few therapists over the years and none have been great. I found Dr. Nakisher through a google search and I think I got very lucky. Working with him saved my marriage and helped me find myself. I'm grateful for Dr. Nakisher's help.
Unlike any therapy, I have had in the past. Dr. Nakisher has been great in helping me find my voice and make lasting changes. I learned the hard way that not all therapists are created equally.
