KENNETH W. HOLMES, MD - NEUROLOGY CONSULTANTS/EMG CENTERS OF CHICAGOLAND REVIEWS
I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Holmes after being highly recommended by my primary Doctor. I am so happy that I followed her wonderful advice. The reviews I read before seeing him were so incredible, I was excited and hopeful. Dr. Holmes spent 90+ minutes with me and explained things to me without all the fancy terminology doctors tend to use to confuse nervous patients. He was witty, extremely thorough, kind and easy to talk to. I never felt rushed or felt like I was imagining symptoms, like previous doctors have insinuated before. I would give Dr. Holmes more stars if I could, and I will be sure to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a Neurologist in the Chicagoland area. Thank you Doctor Holmes, from me and my sister from another mister! ;).
Dr. Kenneth Holmes is an amazingly talented and kind neurologist. Dr. Holmes came highly recommended and was able to fit me into his schedule quickly. He picked up on several issues that he been troubling me, that had been missed by other doctors which saved me a lot of time, effort, and stress. He was able to quickly arrange for the appropriate testing and had a quick and accurate diagnosis with recommendations for future care. I can't recommend Dr. Holmes enough, he was able to turn a stressful situation into something I can deal with, and did it all in a very short period of time. Very kind and caring, he took the time to listen and explain what was going on. He took a really stressful medical situation I was going through and made it absolutely something I felt comfortable taking care of. If your doctor refers you to a neurologist, contact Dr. Holmes, he's a really sharp doctor that will take good care of you.
Dr. Holmes was incredibly thorough and kind during my first appointment with him. He spent an hour going over my complete history and I felt understood and that my symptoms were taken seriously. I am very lucky to have found him for my care.

LENNY COHEN, MD - CHICAGO NEUROLOGICAL SERVICES REVIEWS
Dr. Cohen was amazing! My visit to his office was about $100 more than my pervious doctor ($260 for a new patient appointment), but I do think that care and knowledge I received was worth the extra money. I have been diagnosed with chronic migraines for over 15 years, and Dr. Cohen was able to take the time to go over my detailed history and evaluate any avenues I had yet to try. I felt listened to and informed - which was exactly what I was hoping for. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Cohen!
Great doctor and staff. Location was far from home, but completely worth the trip. Very efficient appointment with the actual doctor performing the EMG, as opposed to less experienceed staff as I've heard from friends. Thank you Dr. Cohen!
Dr. Cohen was very professional and also warm. He answered all our questions and was not in a hurry. I felt very good about our visit.

ADIL JAVED, MD, PHD - UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO MEDICINE NEUROLOGY CLINIC REVIEWS
What a truly wonderful physician. I went to see Dr. Javed for a second opinion regarding a past visit with a different neurologist. Dr. Javed agreed with the physician who had previously seen me, but went into greater depth regarding my symptoms, breaking down what was happening to me and why. No matter how many questions I had for him, Dr. Javed took his time and answered each one with great detail. Not once did I feel rushed or that I was being a nuisance. I can see why his reviews are spectacular. I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Javed as a physician to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate neurologist.
I am forever grateful for his care. He has helped me through a lot over the last eight years and contributes to be a great advocate and support system. He is very kind, gentle and knowledgeable, talking through treatment options, weighing pros cons with you. His calming presence takes off half the pressure. If you are looking for a super neurologist look no further. You will be blessed to be in his care.
I have been seeing Dr. Javed for many years since I was diagnosed with MS. He is truly one of a kind. I have never been with a Physician that has his bed side manor. Dr. Javed takes so much of his time during each. during each.
