I have had only positive experiences with Dr. Kestell. I had multiple doctors who couldn't figure out what was wrong with me for years, and I even had a colonoscopy when I was 17 by a doctor who only looked in my colon and not at all in my terminal ileum, which is where my inflammation is, and he said I was fine, even though I had constant pain and bloody diarrhea. When I was 28 I saw Doctor Kestell and he quite quickly diagnosed me with Crohn's disease from a colonoscopy which included a scope going through the ileocecal junction and looking at the terminal ileum as well as doing blood work. He is one of the most thoughtful and kind doctors I've ever met. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Kestell saved my life....after seeing multiple idiots, I was finally referred to Spokane Digestive Disease, and Dr. Kestell. Dr. Kestell pursues the answers, is very attentive to the needs of the patient. His knowledge and skillset in Gastroenterology is fantastic. He prescribed the right medication, biologics. He has performed countless Colonoscopy on me and checked the effectiveness of the biologic...he is a wonderful doctor. I have lived with Chrohn's Disease.

I absolutely love Dr.Kestell. The BEST Gastroenterologist in Spokane. He is very compassionate and knowledgeable. He keeps up with current information and will answer any and all questions you have. My favorite doctor.
