This is the best primary care physician I have ever had. I’m so grateful to have found his practice again since they reopened their doors in Spokane. He’s bright, personable, and has always struck a nice balance between appropriate levels of caution and avoiding unnecessarily invasive testing for as long as I’ve seen him. Over the many years he’s guided me through everything from infections and basic mental health concerns to multiple major spine surgeries — I’ve never had a complaint or issue that he wasn’t able to explain to me in clearly understandable terms, even on complicated topics. If you’re looking for a competent physician who genuinely listens to your concerns while always clearly adhering to medical best practices, Dr. Madsen is the best I’ve ever seen. There are specialists for more complicated problems and he’s very good about making those referrals when warranted, but for all those usual primary-care medical needs I firmly believe that one needs a talented, approachable point of contact who inspires confidence and with whom it’s easy to develop a rapport. Dr. Madsen has always been exactly that for me.

Dr.Madsen and Carolyn and really the entire staff at Madsen Family Medicine are INCREDIBLE!!! They truly go out of their way to make magic happen! Dr.Madsen listens and tries his best to help you! My husband has struggled for years with finding a doctor he feels comfortable with and we have finally found the guy for him! My kids also love going to the doctors there because it isn’t scary! They treat you like family and I am so thankful to not have to worry about the corporate medicine world any longer!! Thanks Madsen Family Medicine team for taking care of our wild bunch!.

Dr. Madsen is friendly, and does a good job of answering any questions I have as well as highlighting potential issues or pitfalls with selected courses of action that I may not have considered. Every time I bring him a question, he has a thoughtful and thorough response. After getting through my new patient on-boarding I've been able to get an appointment on short notice, which was very helpful for time sensitive concerns.

I was seeing Dr. Wilson to begin with, and decided to switch primaries. Dr Anderson is amazing, and thorough, she listened to my concerns, and knew exactly what to do, to treat me. She is very knowledgeable, and her intake aid was awesome as well, I don't remember her name, but she was so friendly and professional. I felt heard, and she treated me so so good, and made me feel comfortable.

Dr Anderson is warm and kind and my kids feel very comfortable with her. She will Spend more time with you than the average doctor these days and genuinely cares about people.

I've been coming here for years and they are the best! Laurel Dimler is the best doctor I've been too hands down. Everyone from the office manager to officr staff are rockstars! No matter how busy they are they are professional, sincere, knowledgeable, caring, timely and very good communicators. Gina and Michelle I talk too often and they are both amazing.

I have been a patient here for 30 years now. Even after my primary retired I stayed with them despite the 30 minute drive. Kristina Stewart, PA is extremely thorough and I would recommend her to anyone.

My children have been seeing Dr. Gilman for many years, and we've always had positive experiences. Highly recommended.
