Norman's Hallmark Shop

Excellent customer service!! I had ordered the item on Amazon but received the wrong item so I was short on time as the recipient was traveling out the same morning they were to see us and I needed it earlier than the store actually opened. I called a different hm store 1st and they would not accommodate in the absolute. However when I called Norman's I was graciously accommodated. I was met earlier than opening time with item in hand being able to return home and quickly wrap gift just in the knick of time as our doorbell rang!

Very friendly owners and staff! They go out of their way to do all they can to help you! This is rare nowadays. They have great Christmas cards and good ideas for stocking stuffers among other things but that is what I was looking for. Happy shopping experience!
