The loss and prevention teams customer service deserves more than a 5 star review! My 7 year old daughter left her “class pet” fluffy (it’s a stuffed animal) that she got for being student of the week at the hotel. I called the hotel to organize to get it home in time for it to pass onto the next student in the class. And they not only got it back to me so quick they sent fluffy a new friend and a signed note from the team! This was so above and beyond and the entire class has been writing creative writing stories of everything fluffy was up to unsupervised at the Worthington hotel this week! They were so exited to get this note and see fluffy again!! Just the sweetest story and such incredible customer service!

he receptionist that checked us in was very hospitable and provided recommendations for us as first timers. On the downside our room was really cold when we got there and the heater didn't seem to be working. They were supposed to check it that first night but apparently never did. Issue was fixed next day. Besides that little hickup all the experience in and around the resort was awesome! Really good drinks and food and amazing acommodations. Location is just great! Every spot is at walking distance!

We called before hand because it was our 35th wedding anniversary and we luckily reached Heidi, who is an amazing person at the front desk. She helped us to get a good room, then went out of her way to make us feel welcome and celebrate our 35th anniversary, including sending a bottle of champagne to our room. HEIDI IS AMAZING, TAKE GOOD CARE OF HER PLEASE!

Second-to-none conference experience at Hilton Fort Worth! My team and I hosted a corporate conference for about 200 people at this beautiful, historic hotel. The Hilton Fort Worth team truly made our jobs easier, going above and beyond at all times. The Banquet Manager, Mario Valdez, anticipated our needs before we knew what they were. He was attentive, friendly, and the epitome of a servant leader (he personally steamed our very wrinkled photo wall curtain). Mario’s personal touches made our time here less stressful, and more special. From a foodie…the food was AMAZING. So fresh and flavorful. Not your average conference food. Hat’s off to the chef! Our tech guy - Cole Eaton - was so accommodating and friendly. He worked with our speakers and executives seamlessly. Thanks to the entire Hilton Fort Worth team! We can’t wait to come back.

I had a lovely stay here while in town for a convention for work. This is a beautiful historic hotel and It had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, Hector and Fabian in the valet were very nice and helpful during my time here & for me it's worth every penny knowing there is a trustworthy & reliable staff! Truly a highlight of my time at the Hilton. I definitely would stay here again when in the area!

I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton, thanks to their incredible service. The valet team was top-notch, but I especially want to mention a young gentleman named Tre. He went above and beyond by helping me with my luggage and making sure I was well taken care of throughout my stay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made a huge difference. The entire valet team was great, and their service truly stood out.
