I ordered flowers for my friend who is in the hospital. Since I was ordering them from out of state I was a little worried about what kind of quality of an arrangement would actually be sent out to her. Gordon Boswell Flowers sent me a picture of the arrangement (which I was not expecting at all) to make sure I approved. I have to say the arrangement exceeded my expectations and I was so pleased knowing my friend is going to receive these gorgeous flowers. It’s totally going to make her day!! Beautiful arrangement! What was even really nicer from this florist was that I didn’t have to ask for a picture of what was being sent. They just sent it which was really really wonderful. Great job on the order execution and delivery! Billy was mission-driven focused to deliver the flowers for my stepmom’s birthday. Since a bottle of rosé was part of the floral arrangement it needed to be signed for. Since my parents weren’t home, Billy worked with me over the phone to find a neighbor that would sign for the present. His perseverance to successfully make delivery ended up with my stepmom getting her present as planned on time for her birthday. Billy and the Bice’s support team are reliable, and will make sure deliveries happen for any special occasion!
I sent this arrangement to my mom for her birthday and she LOVED it! Looks exactly like what I ordered and my mom said the kindest woman delivered it to their house. It was raining and Bice’s delivery driver was using her space jacket to cover the flowers so they didn’t get wet from the car to the house. So thoughtful! Been a Bice’s customer for years and still order from them for local family after I moved away to Austin. Highly recommended!
The floral arrangement was unique and beautiful, the chocolate covered pretzels were beautifully packaged, and my grandmother loved the stuffed Koala. Everything was delivered on time and as expected. Once the purchase had been delivered, I received a text with a photo for confirmation. As far as I can tell from the photo, everything is great quality,and the service was perfect.

It was delivered on time. The price of flowers has gone up significantly, and I can’t believe it. Overall great experience. I highly recommend this florist.
