Their experienced trainers will help you achieve your fitness objectives by offering alternatives for all skills and fitness levels. They have three class packages ten days, 20 days, and 30 days. Their weight and floor exercises change daily so you can focus on different muscles. By offering you a heart rate monitor and POD, they can monitor your five-zone interval training sessions. They also have lockers, showers & restrooms so you can freshen up post-workout. At Orangetheory Fitness San Jose, flexible membership options are available. Focus Fitness is San Jose’s newest privately owned fitness club. It is a small, family-owned business with a passion for strength training and healthy living. Their 15,000 square foot facility has state-of-the-art equipment, functional training tools, massage therapy, smoothie bar. At Focus Fitness Club, they pride themselves on creating an inviting and fun atmosphere while encouraging challenging workouts. Additionally, they provide the necessary tools to recover after a workout in their Zen Den, where you can warm up and cool down before and after a workout. They use all of their selectorized and free-weight equipment, including power racks and bumper plates. They jam-packed enough equipment so you never have to wait and can exercise every body part efficiently.
