Amazing experience every time! World class service. From the front desk to the Doctor. I have been coming to this office for 5 years and they have all treated me like I’m the most important patient they will see today. Have never felt rushed. Dr. Chung is so awesome and takes her time with each and every patient. Highly highly recommend this office. Thanks for your great service…not everyone is like you…so it matters.

Dr. Chung gave a very comprehensive and careful examination of my vision and provide the accurate results for me to order the glasses. Her skill is excellent and I recommend her without any reservation.

I had my very first eye examination here today. The whole process was smooth and very efficient. The front desk staff are all very welcoming and friendly. I just got home from having my annual eye test at 20/20 optometry with Dr Lee. I've been a loyal customer of 20/20 Optometry for over six years, and I can't recommend them enough. Their thorough eye exams go beyond the basics, ensuring every aspect of my vision and eye health is carefully checked. They have state of the art tests and check for everything from visual acuity to disease detection. They really have your eye healthcare in good hands. Dr Lee is not only thorough, and professional but her personable nature makes the whole experience a lot smoother. The rest of the team are just as friendly, big thank you to Alex who has been helping me choose my frames for the past few years. Whether it's finding the perfect frames or discussing treatment options, the staff always make me feel valued and comfortable. I am nearsighted and astigmatic.Had cataract surgery, but my vision was still a little blurry . I was worried and afraid of not passing the vision test at the DMV .Luckily,I met Dr. Teresa Nguyen @ Drs. Bui & Le Optometry.After very thorough eye exam and vision tests with state-of-the-art equipment, she prescribed me corrective lenses that solved my problem quickly. She is warm, she listens,and she is so,so nice. How could I find a better doctor in San Jose.

Doctor and the entire staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The doctor took the time to explain everything thoroughly, never rushing through any details. She made sure I understood everything, and I truly appreciated that. The staff were also very friendly, always smiling and making me feel at ease.

I get a very nice doctor. She gave me very clear explanation for every question I have. Especially about the common cautions for the aged 70s like me. Thank you for service, Doctor.
