Always an exciting work out and many options of machines to build and tone your body with. Excellent Yoga and Pilates classes but got my car keyed so make sure you park where there is video surveillance. Still working out about every morning regardless because of the good people at the gym.

Been going here for years, most people complain about their membership fee to high I believe you get what you pay for kind and attendance staff and very clean and well maintenence machines. The locker room constraints being clean along with pool and jacuzzi.

Great gym! I prefer this to any other GB3 in the area. It seems a lot more open and with more variation and quantity of equipment compared to other GB3's. People upfront are also really friendly.
