Was traveling and stopped by this gym, great that they offering one day pass and even next day u can come in for same price until 3 pm. Staff was polite, gets busy on peak hrs., but I had no problems jumping on machine’s. Steam room and sauna where open, can’t ask for more. I do recommend this gym to a friend

I’m enjoying the newly renovated gym at the White Ln location. The gyms always clean & the equipment’s well maintained. The staffs always engaging & polite.

Employees were friendly, courteous and helpful helping us to get set up with an account. We were given a tour of the facility with explanations of each section. Helpful fitness recommendations were made. I also enjoy that there is a swimming pool, a hot tub, sauna and steam room along with free babysitting! These extras really matter!!
