I've been going to Innovative Eye Care for 4+ years and recently began taking my children. It's always a pleasant experience. Dr. Cheree Wilhelmsen and all the office staff are super friendly. I especially appreciate how good they were with my kids. It was their first time, and I wasn't sure how it was going to go. Well, it went great. They were all extremely patient with the kids and talked them through every step of the exam. If I had to have one gripe it would be the small frame selection. They could offer a few more brands, Oakley being one. But I also appreciate they are not pushy on selling frames at all, unlike every other place I used to go to. I can't stand that.

We were called back immediately. The service was very professional and it was timely. The doctor spent time with my son and also answered my questions. The front end staff were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this office.

The best customer service in town for an eyecare provider. I have referred 5 people since my visit and will continue to do so. Friendly staff, accurate diagnosis, and outstanding customer service...all worthy of a 5-star Google review!.

Waited maybe ten minutes before getting called back for my appointment (it wasn’t a problem with me at all lol). Dr. Takhar apologized for running a little behind when I was brought back. Told him not to worry about it! He was very kind and thorough with my vision exam. Got my prescription updated and was sent me on my way. Great experience. I’ll definitely be back in the future :).

Always a great visit at Takhar eye care! Dr is super nice, friendly and makes you feel comfortable and welcoming. The front office staff is also always so friendly and welcoming. If I could make an eye doctor appointment every month I definitely would just to come and chat. Thank you Takhar eye care for being amazing!
