BETTER NIGHTS SLEEP CENTER REVIEWS

My young child had a study here on 02/21/25, our experience was good. They had a clean environment and the rooms are cozy with decor, a small tv, and a stand fan. They provide water and a clean restroom, I recommend bringing an extra blanket and snack. There is a small couch next to the bed, I found both to be very comfortable and clean. Staff was great. The gentleman that checked us in was polite, and the girl that helped my child through the night was very sweet and professional. Only thing is when you arrive they don’t open until 8pm, doors will remain locked until then. I wasn’t aware of that and I got there a little early to check in. Parking lot is next to the door so you can wait in your car if it’s an issue standing in the dark.

I was very please with my service. I have never done a sleep study before so I don't have much to compare to but the staff were very kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Despite others experience at this location I was pleased and if needed I will return to this location. I stayed on the night of Oct 24 2024.

Love this place made me have the best sleep in forever! they are very attentive and nice got me covered thank you better nights !.

PRIME PULMONARY & SLEEP CENTER REVIEWS

I started the middle of last year with my initial appointment while this was scheduled rather quickly the appointments for the sleep study were scheduled very far out, I'm talk months out. I was able to squeeze in a cancellation for my first sleep study appointment which was nice, the second appointment however took a few more months. I have had to deal with two appointments being rescheduled which is frustrating but I get it. I will say that every time I have had to call the office or come in for an appointment the staff have been very nice and accommodating. I am going to be interested seeing how getting any Cpap equipment is handled.

In-lab sleep study was professional from start to finish, and the tech was very communicative and responsive. Had a hiccup with the take home study, and they worked to get me in for the in-lab super fast. I am happy with the experience overall!.

Dr. Bansal is great, very informative and staff is great. Sleep study was comfortable and easy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has trouble sleeping.

My child needed to have a sleep apnea test that the doctor ordered. This office was attentive and understanding when it came to my concerns and fears about staying somewhere unfamiliar with my child. They made me feel comfortable and safe. The technician who performed the test was very very nice and the doctor had the results quickly. They even went beyond their duties and help with obtaining the equipment. Highly recommended. Especially for children.

I used Bakersfield Sleep Center for my Overnight study . I’ve had two other studies at two other labs and they both pale in comparison. My infant son needed to stay with me during the test and the staff totally accommodated me in every way. I can’t say enough good things about this lab. If you need a test and you’re in the county of Kern I suggest you use Bakersfield Sleep Lab.

The staff here are very friendly and thanks to them I am getting the best sleep that I have missed for such a long time! Thank you Bakersfield sleep center!.
