Gave this studio 5 star rating for the friendliness of the front desk staff. This location is really small, could be cleaner and simply looks tired. I enjoyed the class, but believe the area deserves much better OTF location. Coach stayed involved, however, I don't believe that keeping the form was her goal when it comes to clients. I am not perfect, but there was a lot to correct.

The staff are awesome and very encouraging. I've learned a lot as well. The classes have helped me push past what I thought I couldn't do. Definitely helps that the instructors and staff know you so I want to come back. Also seeing your heart rate, calories burned, etc have me tangible feedback to know how my effect improved my progress or not. Great for competition too. For sure recommend this.

Love this studio! Feels like all my friends work there. The atmosphere is slightly competitive and supportive and FUN! Good music great physique critiques.
