Love Dr Tinglin! He is always so professional, helpful and kind. He always makes sure you are good before you leave. All the staff was great from front desk to nurses! Jasmine said to us "hope you feel better" as we were leaving. So thankful for kind service.

Entire team was amazing from checking in to checking out.Our Doctor made sure he explained everything to us and that we understood my son diagnose. He follow up with asking us did we have any questions. Everyone was so friendly, and nice. Thanks for all that yall do and making our visit pleasant.

The Dr was very attentive and gave me great care. She prescribed the best meds for my issue. I was feeling terrible, but much better now. Very thankful.

I like the phone process so I can stay home in bed until they are ready for you….. All the ladies were so nice a caring… It was super quick in an out with no problems I would suggest Mainstreet to all my friends & family.

I can only speak to my experience and I’ve only been there once. For an urgent care I was surprised at the speed in which they got patients seen. I’m used to waiting in the waiting room for an extended period only to wait in the exam room for an extended time. We saw Dr. An and I was impressed. He was very friendly. Had an issue with Rx so had to get it submitted at a different pharmacy and they quickly resolved it. We live close so I stopped by to address it. Did not call so can’t speak to phone service. Would try this urgent care again.

The clinic staff are the best!!! After seeing him and receiving the care in a long time, I switch doctors. Best Healthcare decision I have ever made.

I was terribly nervous about this appointment. I had a horrendous rash on my left arm. Had tried things on my own only to make it worse. From check in to seeing Dr. An, it was the very best experience. Love everything about it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. - Ellen H.
