Orangetheory Fitness

I absolutely love Orangetheory Fitness! The coaches are fantastic – welcoming, motivating, and always pushing me to do my best. I haven’t met a coach I didn’t like, but I tend to enjoy Jacorey’s music selections the most. The data tracking is a game-changer, providing real-time insights that help me stay on target. It's the perfect blend of expert guidance and personalized progress monitoring. As an introvert, I thought a group exercise class would be a personal nightmare. It’s been quite the opposite. I crave going to class and have been getting to know some of the other attendees. I’ll never go back to solo exercise.

I recommend OTF 10/10! Everyday is different- you just show up and follow the coach’s lead. I’ve been at Orangetheory for over 5 years and still love it! The coaches are motivating and the workouts are challenging but doable.
