UNIVERSITY VETERINARY HOSPITAL REVIEWS

We have gone to Dr. Jerrell at University Animal Hospital for 6 sessions of acupuncture so far and we are extremely happy with the progress we've seen. Percy, our dog, is 13 years in age and could barely get around. He has bad shoulders and bad hips. Dr. Jerrell was able to find the hot spots and inflammation spots and melt them away with acupuncture. She also recommended a medication called gabapentin to help aid in pain treatment. Percy is now running the fence line and his personality has opened up tremendously. He runs to us for breakfast and dinner and ask for pets all the time. We are so grateful to Dr. Jerrell, staff, and University Animal Hospital!!

I truly believe that I would not have my fur baby without the care he has received at UVH over that last few years. I appreciate not only the friendly, caring attitude from all the staff but also the gentle guidance offered to improve my Freddie Mischief's quality of life. I am grateful to be part of the UVH family.

Dr. Erin was lovely, informative, and enthusiastic! They met us at the car and took excellent care of my doodle. She seemed in great spirits when I picked her up. The service was pretty pricy, but it was lower than their initial estimate and seemed fair. Highly recommend this office for emergency pet care visits. (Like if your 1 year old doodle helps herself to a bottle of vitamin supplements!)

Dr. Dukes and the staff at NSAH are the best! We recently had a serious situation with one of our babies having seizures, and they were amazing. Now stabilized on medication, Juju is doing much better. We are so grateful for such a caring staff!

The staff here is excellent, pleasant, understanding, and patient. From the front desk to the Dr., they all have great customer service. My fur baby and I love it here.

They are absolutely wonderful! They take time to talk with you; explain everything and will also go over financials b4 doing anything if you need them to, like me. They are great when u bring kids in, when you break down crying, yes that has been me! The care they give my babies (dogs) is like no other! I recommend them to everyone. Everyone was so sweet, and our experience was super fast! Despite it being her first vet visit, it was a speedy in and out. Dr. Hunter was so sweet to both us and our puppy and SO informative!!! We’re so happy we chose Towne South and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vet!!!

Dr Hunter is an awesome vet. Our fur baby loves her, Tech and staff. Our fur baby also loves spending the night at Towwne South Animal Hospital. We are very comfortable with him staying there, as we know he is well taken care of.
