I had an appointment with Dr Barbiero last week and he was great. He took time to explain any questions I had and I didn’t feel rushed. Very professional and friendly.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Lewis for years and had cataract surgery by Dr. Shelby. We absolutely love their care, and the staff is excellent and caring. We highly recommend them.

The service and the physician and staff was very professional. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Do not let the bad reviews scare you. I fully prepared to spend all day at this office due to the reviews I read. Our appt was at 8:40am and we arrived about 5 minutes early. We were called back within minutes of arriving to start the dilation process. You have to sit about 30 minutes to let that process work. We were then called back to see the doctor. He was fantastic and we were walking out of the office by 10am. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My 4 year had strabismus. We went to see Dr. H. He is great with the kids. The staff is professional. Be prepared to be there for 2-3 hours whether it’s an initial appointment or follow-up. It’s a very busy office but Dr. H is very, very good. Just have to be patient. Bring snacks and entertainment for the younger kids.

It took a little while so my son started getting irritable BUT they did send a letter saying it may take a few hours. Staff were friendly and patient. The doctor was great.

The tech that did the exam and doctor that I worked with were GREAT! Really excited about the new knowledge I have about my vision especially as I age into my 40s over the next few years. Grateful to the manager that helped with my purchase, he took great care of me. Overall, it was an incredible experience and I look forward to coming to pick up my sunglasses on a couple weeks.

Honestly, the remote experience of working with a technician, then with an optometrist via video, netted me a better exam experience than working with doctors directly in the past.

Appointment was awesome The Tech was very nice and professional. The doctor was very thorough with the exam, personable and professional.
