I switched to this location the staff here is amazing. And the GM here must really be on it the gym is well maintained and the staff is great. The Chandler location is a mile from me but I avoid it now it has gone down hill ever since the GM has started she has lost all of her good staff and that gym is not maintained. But this location and the Val Vista location are great. Rhonda at the val Vista location is amazing along with the other staff there. It's unfortunate that Chandler is so bad now I joined when it first opened.

The staff is fantastic, always friendly, kind and professional. The club is clean and there are plenty of machines that are always in working order. The total body machines and massage chairs are a bonus. I've been a member for years and would definitely recommend PF. The only thing missing is the fun decorations you used to have up.when I walked in. It looks so blah now. Bring back the happy decor.

The greenfield and Warner location is my favorite. The staff are really cool and friendly. The gym is always clean. Other gym members are really friendly as well. I highly recommend this location.
