I recently joined Mountainside Fitness and have been pleasantly surprised by how comfortable I feel being back in a gym—especially since gyms can feel a bit intimidating at first. The atmosphere is super welcoming, and the staff really makes it feel like a community. I also signed up for personal training sessions and couldn’t be happier to have been matched with Sarah McDonald. She’s incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and seriously knows her stuff. Sarah takes the time to demonstrate proper technique and provides helpful coaching along the way. I never feel awkward asking questions, and it’s clear she’s truly invested in helping me hit my goals. If you’re thinking about personal training, I highly recommend working with Sarah. She’s supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely makes the gym experience fun and effective!.

Gilbert Mountain Fitness is the finest facility I have ever belonged to. As a gym rat my whole life and been a member of numerous fitness facilities Mountain Side has the best equipment and amenities I have ever seen. All areas of the facility are always immaculate. The staff is amazing and greets every member with courtesy and is helpful with any questions or needs. As a lifelong fitness enthusiast I never thought I would want or need a personal trainer but as a senior with medical conditions I spoke with the head trainer Alex. He has an advanced degree in kinesiology and set up a program with Katlyn one of the finest and most conscientious trainers I have ever met. In almost three months I have made substantial progress in strength and overall health. I can’t thank them enough.

Ibrahim Has been training my husband and myself. We have always been into fitness, however we both found ourselves at a plateau and getting frustrated with no results. Ibrahim Got to know us personally, and has made every effort to push us to our limits, and keep us accountable with our goals! The best experience ever. The gyms is also great. Love the classes offered, I use quite a few of them. All of the teachers are high energy and keep it new each week. All of the machines are great and maintenance is always kept up.

Joining EOS Fitness has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health—and sanity! The gym is clean, spacious, and has everything from serious lifting equipment to fun classes that make working out feel less like a chore. Big shoutout to Ryan, the super helpful advisor, who made signing up easy to understand and actually kind of fun. He answered all my questions, didn’t pressure me, and made sure I felt totally comfortable. Thanks, Ryan—you rock!.

Been going here for years and I can't imagine being more satisfied with a gym membership. The staff are excellent, friendly, and professional. The amenities are luxurious and convenient (especially the massage chairs). The equipment is always clean, rarely in repair, and the members are always polite and courteous. 10/10 experience. I highly recommend EOS Fitness!.
