Dr. Karen Knapp is the best doctor I've been to. She listened to me and asked me several times if there is anything else she can help with. Usually doctors are somewhat rushed and make me feel like they don't want my questions or concerns and feel threatened by my knowledge. I did NOT feel this way at all with her. Dr. Knapp is very knowledgeable, thinks logically and practically, and is obviously up on the latest information because she knew about bacterial vaginosis being labeled as an STD. I HIGHLY recommend her.

Dr. Knapp is the best doctor I’ve ever had. Her love for her work shines through in the way she listens and truly cares about both my health and my well-being as a person. She treats her patients like family, and every time I leave her office, I feel confident and at peace about my health. I’m so grateful to have found her!

Dr. Knapp is so caring and kind, always listens to any concerns and addresses them confidently. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and trustworthy. The nurses and staff are all kind, experienced, and caring as well.

She is THE best. I am absolutely delighted to have found Dr. Braun for my high-risk pregnancy care. She is, without a doubt, the best doctor in the area. What sets her apart is her extraordinary ability to listen to patients with empathy and compassion, acknowledging and validating our emotions. Her exceptional understanding of the emotional state of her patients is remarkable, and she consistently provides reassurance and positive vibes. I appreciate how she clearly explains every step of the treatment process. Her warm and genuine smile is an added bonus, making every visit a pleasant experience.

Dr Braun is very thorough and has a wonderful bed side manner. Last year when I first came to her, my blood pressure was thru the roof. She made sure I was able to get an emergency appointment with a PCP to address it. Even though she’s obgyn, her concern and passion for health is admirable. I trust her advice and would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Braun has been amazing! She takes the time to listen to my worries, explains everything throughly and puts my mind at ease. Never rushes me or makes me feel dismissed. Highly recommend!

It's great to see she is still in practice and highly recommend her. One of her partners and I did not see eye to eye if it had not been for him I would still be seeing Dr Neale. Dr.C was good too, but he said the wrong thing and that was crossing the line for me. That said request Dr Neale very easy going and the other woman I can't remember her name but she was heaven sent as well. Nurse are a hoot and very compassionate, I recommended a friend to her today and hope she goes as Dr. Neale is the one Doctor I trusted and miss.

Dr. Janice Gibson-Neale is the best OBGYN in the Richmond area. She’s an expert and cares deeply for her patients. I’m always satisfied with her care and compassion at the end of every visit. I have seen her for all 3 of my pregnancies and I have recommended her to both family and friends. Her office staff is also very supportive and competent. Go see Dr. Gibson-Neale and you won’t be disappointed. Love you!

The most amazing OBGYN Dr. Janice Gibson Neale is a miracle doctor!! I wish there were more doctors that do at least half of what she does. She’s been with me for 3 at risk pregnancies and wouldn’t have had the healthy children I have today! My whole family loves her and all that she does!!
