FANTASTIC SAMS CUT & COLOR MORENO VALLEY REVIEWS

I always feel welcome coming here with my kids. I love the ease of online appointments, but I really dislike the app because it ask for too much personal info. Tammy, cut my hair right before getting married and everybody pointed out my hairstyles. For my classic hair style, I don't need to pay $50 for Barber shop. I don't need lettering on my head a crazy logos.

Im going to post this review because I've never posted a review and it's long overdue. I've been coming to this particular salon on Iris for more than 15 yrs. ( 4 different owners during this time frame) I've always been more then satisfied so I've been coming here for a long time for that reason. Both Sary and Amanda cut, color, highlight and style my hair. Im always more than satisfied and they both do fantastic work. Of course by now they feel more like family as well, so that's an additional bonus. In all the years I've been coming here i have never , ever encountered an unpleasant or rude person. I see some 1 star comment entries and names of stylists that I have never encountered at this location ( like " jeff") So obviously there are some people that post complaints at the wrong location. ( thought I'd mention that) I'll be continuing to come here. Thank you!

Heather was great, it was my 11year old daughter's first big girl hair cut, (long layers). Heather made her feel so comfortable with conversation about school, spring break and her siblings. My daughter definitely felt pampered with the wash, cut and style. Her hair is gorgeous and feels so light and healthy. Thank you for all your knowledge Heather and thank you for a great experience.

In response to the message left by @Alicia Green, which isn't her real name, I apologize that you were dissastified with the service your daughter received, but allow me to be clear. #1 The spacing between tracks is not the quality of work I provide, it is the quality of work your daughter received when she left a whole pack of her hair at home, never asked her dad to bring it, and I was forced to make good with what I was provided. Secondly, you, your daughther, and her dad were all informed if she decided she wanted the other pack installed (at no additional cost) just call and would be happy to install. Thirdly, your daughter received services outside the cost of the weave that you failed to mention and you were informed prior to me completing services. And lastly, from looking at your profile all you do is complain so apparently there is no place that satisfies you. So again I apologize that your feelings were hurt, but at no time was I contacted to resolve any issues or concerns.

The women that work here are great at what they do! They are friendly, down to earth and professional. My daughter and I found this gem while looking for a new stylist in our area, and we are very happy that we found it! I would recommend them to anyone looking for great, professional and knowledgeable hairstylists.

Customer service is excellent here! The ladies are professional, personable, and an absolute pleasure to chat with. Lyna explained everything beforehand, and made sure we understood what we were asking for. The cost is more reasonable than the brand name salons, and the friendly atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. I will NOT go anywhere else. This place is a hidden gem that I am truly happy I found!

This place was such an amazing vibe and my hairstylist did a phenomenal job. I went in with then and flat hair and told her I want volumn but still wanted my length. She delivered and then some! She was so patient with me and my daughter and even showed me how to style my hair step by step to get the look I wanted. I have not felt this pretty in years! Thank you so much!

I hadn't got my hair cut in a long time, so it was time for a much needed cut. The reviews on this place are so good and I can see why. My hair was dry and damaged at the ends from leftover boxed red dye. I had my appointment with Maria and she was amazing! She gave me exactly what I wanted and as a curly haired girl that is everything. She was very knowledgable on curly hair and brought my curls back with a heavy trim and some face framing layers. Would definitely recommend her!
