Its my daughter's 13th bday and its our first time experiencing a hair salon. She wanted her hair cut like boy style and omg, her stylist did an amazing job! And she did it less then 30 min. My daughter was soooo happy! I got emotional. Lol Definitely recommend this salon. They're professional & the staff are nice.

I am a long time customer of Kacey and SoHo. Always enjoy my experience at the Salon. I have continued to see Kacey for more than 10 years now! She has taken the time to learn what I like and works best for me in terms of hair cut and color. She knows when I’m feeling more adventurous and when I just want to keep it simple. Looking forward to seeing her soon.

KC is the very best they have to offer! She is so kind and makes me feel so comfortable during the entire process. She kindly guides me where to go from the shampoo bowl to the chair. I never once felt uncomfortable. I show her a hair inspo pic for maybe 5 seconds and she nails it it completely! She’s fantastic!

I have tried many salons around new haven but I have to say I have had the best haircuts here by several different staff, if your new to the city this is the salon to go to - Mary P
