Thayne and his team are great. Would definitely recommend for business and residential. Prices are reasonable and you know your going to get good quality work done. Shane comes out to do our bids and he is a nice honest guy and listens to your concerns. They will always be my first choice to fix anything.

We are very satisfied with the result of our swamp cooler vent removal and repair (the second time this has been done this year by Meticulous, for us: we have a rental house that needed the very same repair to the hall ceiling). Other repair and touch up work executed by Jeff throughout our house went smoothly and looked a ton better afterward. Pricing was very reasonable.

We have used Meticulous Remodel & Repairs twice now. Both times, they were prompt and did an excellent job for us. We have had drywall repair & replacement, painting, carpet repair, weatherizing, and every task was done very well. Definetly would use Meticulous Remodel again.
