“Coppell Nature Park is a well-known hiking destination. The park is a 66-acre park in Wagon Wheel Park on the west side of Coppell, Texas, with over five miles of trails to explore. The park is a natural habitat for hawks, coyotes, bobcats, and other animals. More than 130 species of birds migrate through the park each year, and numerous types of native vegetation may be found within the park. The trail has a well-maintained and peaceful area for outdoor walks and photography. Visitors can also explore many birdhouses along the trails with bird knowledge in the area and seating along the trail.
