TOP 3 RACCOON MOUNTAIN CAVERNS REVIEWS
We came with a scout troop. Five adults and ten kids. They provided water, fire ring and water wood. Public bathrooms with showers very small walk but hard to do ypt since public. They have a group hang out area where the serves cookies and coco. Boys loved the cave, raccoons and very bossy black and white cat. Great for families and groups. Service was amazing. Easy to find right off highway. Kids love Dillon, maintenance man of the year.
The campground is very nice with friendly and helpful staff. We reserved with shorter notice for a 2 week stay and the only sites available were the narrow ones. The space was a little tight but it allowed us to meet our neighbors more readily. We ended up with a private tour of the caverns as no one else had reserved the time slot. It was interesting and beautiful. I would return if back in the area
We went on the Crystal Palace Tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Cavern was beautiful and had unique features and interesting history. Our tour guide, Bob, was knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, his geology jokes rocked!

TOP 3 ENTERPRISE SOUTH NATURE PARK REVIEWS
I love the trails here at enterprise south. Fresh air and birds chirping! So relaxing for the walks with my pup. With the choice of dirt trails or the pavement paths it offers a variety of experiences. It is very dog-friendly with a dog park. It was very large and nice kept with some activities for the pups to do. We walked to the hidden lake and there were bathrooms there which was nice since we took a longer walk that day.
This park has is a great place for day hikes all ages, mountain biking, and even horse back riding! I love the well maintained hiking trails. For those who need it there are benches along the way, a perfect picnic area by Hidden Lake (pond), also a few surprises.
Enterprise South is the best Nature Park in CHA and the Bark n Tail dog park is great. We take the pups there to run off their excess energy before we hit the trails with them.

TOP 3 BOOKER T WASHINGTON STATE PARK REVIEWS
Booker T Washington State Park in the Fall. The 3.92 mile Outer Loop Trail meanders along the edge of the Tennessee River and Chickamauga Lake. The trail has some gradual elevations and beautiful views of the river. There are several shorter trails that loop through the interior of the park. This trail was quiet, with few hikers. I would highly recommend hiking in this park if you are in the Chattanooga area. We returned to Brooker T Washington State Park with our pups for a winter hike. It was a cold, but sunny day. Most of the trees were bare, except for a few evergreens. We saw very few people on the trail, so it was very peaceful. The trail is easy to follow. The blue slashes seem to dissappear sometimes, but the path is clear, and trail turns are marked with cute wooden signs made by the boyscouts. I still recommend this trail and whenever I walk it I wonder why I don't go more often.
My go-to launching spot for paddle board & kayak adventures! This park is typically quiet on the weekdays with only a few fishermen around. They have nice hiking trails and I often see wildlife in the park, including one encounter with two baby foxes.
A hidden gem. There are great trails here for hiking or riding. Plenty of fishing spots around the park.
