RACCOON MOUNTAIN CAVERNS REVIEWS
Facilities were clean. Campsites were tidy as well. There is a creek that runs next to a bunch of the tent sites in the spring. They have a few hiking trails. Staff was great. We stayed at a tent site and moved to a cabin due to the rain and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Dylan was helpful friendly and courteous. We will be back for sure
I have always enjoyed the caverns more than Ruby Falls. Visitors are escorted through by educational guides who really the history and geography of the caves. Well worth the price.
Wonderful campground. We stayed for a few nights. Do the cave tour while you are there. There is a hiking trail up the mountain. It was strenuous but worth the views. Great time.

The beauty in nature here was so thrilling. The leaves were cruching underfoot, the sky above the deepest blue, the air fresh and clean, the sounds of nature singing in my ears and my eyes were taking in the splendor of nature with delight. BOOKER T WASHINGTON STATE PARK REVIEWS
A nice way to spend a couple of hours. I chose the hike around the bay pictured in the photo. There are a few directions you can go, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Lots of hardwoods here so though the pictures are a little dull right now, but still has its own kind of beauty. I know this place is going to be absolutely stunning in the spring & summer.
What a nice and quiet place to hike around! We took our dog and hiked a few miles and really enjoyed it. Also, the bathroom was the cleanest park bathroom I’ve ever been in! Even smelled nice. Ha!
Beautiful little park nice if you have a wheelchair and want to be able to get around and see some beautiful scenery
