Had a mini spa day with Sara . Exfoliating, head massage, foot massage with hot stones and massage with hot stones it was so relaxing! I loved it . I feel like a new person. Thanks to Sara! She was great!.

My go to spa place, my absolute favorite! I’ve been going for quite a while and I make the hour drive from Georgia just because it’s worth it. I love Patrick! He’s the kindest, most polite, and professional. He always greets me and is truly one of the main reasons I haven’t went elsewhere. How you treat your guests is huge and I feel like he goes above and beyond to make me and my company feel comfortable! Everyone else is so kind as well. I usually get my massage services with MK and I tell you, I fall asleep EVERY time! It’s just so relaxing with the most soothing atmosphere and top it off with the perfect intensity massage. The robes and complimentary drinks and the quiet room are a nice way to relax and decompress even more afterwards. 10/10 all in all, every time.

Patrick was so welcoming to me when I called inquiring about a facial. My experience was fabulous, Brandi gave me such a relaxing facial and my skin was glowing afterwards. Their quiet room and peach Bellini afterwards was a wonderful touch.

Patrick and Deanna were just incredible. They were so personable and fun. My husband and I celebrated our 5th anniversary with a couple’s massage here and the service was amazing! Everything about the spa was perfect!!.

My lashes and brows look incredible, and I left feeling so confident and refreshed. Debbie’s kindness and professionalism made all the difference—she even helped me work through some anxiety during the appointment, which I appreciated more than words can express. The spa is beautiful, calming, and the service was top-notch. If you’re looking for exceptional care and gorgeous results, I highly recommend Debbie and the team at Good Fortune Soap & Spa. Truly a hidden gem in the city of Chattanooga. I have had the honor of interacting frequently with the owners who treat every customer with respect and care. The employees are all extremely accommodating and kind (including the front desk). The space is relaxing and tranquil. I’ve booked several services here from a quick eyebrow wax to an hour long massage for my husband. We’ve never left disappointed! Thank you Good Fortune for providing a haven!.

Both Shannon and Bethany have been amazing for massages! The front staff is always so helpful and it is so fun to make a candle! I love the creamy coconut lip balm too.
