Excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! The kids loved the cave tour and the waterfall if awesome!! Beautiful light show on the waterfall at the end of the tour! I highly recommend anyone take the time to go on this tour if you’re in the area! The price is very fair for the time and experience! This is also an excellent outing rain or shine as the tour is fully underground but do be prepared for a pretty long walk through the cavern. The guide was wonderful and made sure to include everyone on in the group! Can't say enough great things about this experience!! There is also a great lookout tower with a wonderful view if the weather permits.

Wonderful place to explore when in Chattanooga!! Ruby falls is a cave inside lookout mountain that has a waterfall inside. Our tour guide Dougie D was awesome and hilarious, he made everyone feel welcome and made the tour fun. It was really interesting walking through the underground cave system and seeing how beautifully lit up the rock structures and stalactites looked. Definitely worth the stop if you’re in town!!.

Excellent experience! Everyone they're is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The tickets also include the Lookout Tower. The views in the cave are extraordinary. They take excellent Covid - 19 precautions and they take them very seriously. Perfect trip for families.

TENNESSEE AQUARIUM REVIEWS

This is by far the best aquarium I've been to - and we only did half of it. We did the river side and it was truly amazing to think of these fish in our lakes and rivers. It's set up well and is clean and easy no navigate. I'm looking forward to coming back and doing the ocean side on a day where we actually plan on spending a long time there instead of thinking it was going to be a quick visit.

Enjoyable experience, two separate aquariums so know that you will have to change buildings. The river aquarium has more displays with the ocean aquarium built around a really large tank. Lots of information, stingray tank, the walk was easy but if the crowd had been heavier that could have caused difficulty. Took a couple of hours to wander around if not rushing.

We loved it here! The kids had a great time. The adults had a great time. The freshwater side is STILL the 7th largest freshwater aquarium in the country, and they have some fantastic specimens of some great fish. Lots of fun, cool animals, all very active. Overall just a great experience.

RACCOON MOUNTAIN CAVERNS REVIEWS

The campground is well kept, clean, dog friendly and not too far from restaurants, gas stations Walmart or downtown. The staff members are really helpful and super nice. The manager was even there helping her staff and talking to the campers. Make sure you do the cave tour while there, it’s absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this park.

Tristan was extremely knowledgeable & friendly. He did a great job at check in and with every customer that would come in. He was extremely entertaining and informative! We paid for the walking tour. My family loved it. We will definitely come back to crawl in the caves! Thanks.

The campground is so nice. Very peaceful and relaxing. The caverns are amazing, and the tour guides are very knowledgeable. They will bring you anything you need. The staff is wonderful. Totally recommend.
