PELONA VISTA PARK REVIEWS
This is a very calm peaceful Park. Came here to kind of clear my thoughts and look at the beautiful scenery. Lots of dog walking for sure which is always fun says they like to come and say hi to me. The park is actually bigger than the picture show I just didn't go around the whole park cuz it is pretty big and they have a walking trail or hiking trail regardless it's a nice park. Very impressed with their restroom facilities nice and clean.
Really pretty scenery, other than the bunch of mosquitoes. There are giant fields that have enough space for you to run around in, play soccer, and there's even a trail where you can walk or jog. There are mountains; lots of mountains if you're interested in mountain climbing and such.
Nice little public park. Lots of soccer fields and nice easy hiking trails. Landscape guys are almost always there keeping things nice and secure. Nice sidewalks good for kids to learn to ride a bike. Clean restrooms.

VASQUEZ ROCKS NATURAL AREA PARK REVIEWS
This review is for Vasquez Rocks Trail which was a ~3.3 miles round trip that took ~1.5 hours to complete. Trail was wide for the most part with some narrow sections. A few steep inclines throughout the trail. Follow the trail posts! Stunning views from beginning to end! Free parking inside the park or outside on the street. If you're lazy to walk a short distance to the rocks, you can actually park next to the rocks
Had to make the Trekkie Pilgrimage to these hallowed grounds. Went with an awesome hiking group that took us around the many winding trails surrounding the iconic rocks. I highly recommend people branch off from the main rocks and enjoy the hiking trails with the disclaimer that the trail branches off in many ways and it can be easy to get lost.
What an incredible natural area! We spent half a day to explore the rocks and walk the trails. Amazing views when you can make your way to some of the highest spots. Definitely worth the visit even if you’re just passing through.

DEVIL'S PUNCHBOWL NATURAL AREA REVIEWS
It was a really cool spot to go visit. I enjoyed walking the loop. Next time I may go walk to the devil's chair, it looks like a really neat hike. It was free to get in no way, but when there was people on the trail you have to find room to let each other by. I also found a fossil of a crab which was really cool. The Rock's there look really odd, like nothing I've seen before. Definitely worth going.
We love coming here to hike with our dogs. We usually do the one mile loop, which is a light to moderate difficulty trail, and it has beautiful views. The devil's chair trail is also a must-do hike, with great views as well. The devil's chair hike should definitely be started early in the day in order to afford enough time to hike back to the starting point.
Nice hiking trails with beautiful views in the canyon. There was water in the stream and some of the native plants are starting to recover from the Bobcat Fire. It's a fun little walk for all members of the family including your dogs, just make sure they're leashed at all times when visiting the park.
