Imagine City has become one of our favorite places to go, especially when we’re looking for something fun, clean, and family-friendly. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming, and everything is well-organized and thoughtfully designed for kids of all ages. The variety of activities keeps children engaged for hours, whether they want to run, play games, or just explore. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Huge credit to Myles and Katara for their amazing customer service. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely great with the kids. You can tell they actually care about making sure families have a good experience, which makes a big difference. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. My daughter absolutely loves coming here. Every visit feels like a special treat for her—she gets so excited to play, laugh, and burn off energy in a safe environment. Seeing how happy she is every time we come makes this place even more special to us. Thats why we had to sign up for the membership.

My kiddos came to this place numerous times they love the train rides and the imagine play..Definitely Great place for kids to have fun and socialize with other little ones. I recommend and their prices are great 15$ per kid for 2hrs of play if definitely worth it .

Our experience at Sky Zone was amazing, and it was all because of the incredible General Manager, Melissa! Even though the AC was out and the heat was intense, she kept her energy up and made sure everyone was having a great time. I hope she doesn’t have to suffer in the heat or deal with upset customers since it’s definitely not her fault! Melissa was so kind and interactive, especially with my toddler, making our day even more special. We’re thrilled with our membership and can’t wait to come back—seeing Melissa again would be a huge bonus. She was LITERALLY the best! This place is a saving grace in this city where there is nothing fun to do with our children so to have great customer service and my child had a great time and is tired out, I am a happy mom.

Just want to publicly thank Johnny who was our host for my son’s birthday party this past weekend. He did an amazing job and went above and beyond for us. He’s the only host I’ll request on my return visits. I can’t emphasize enough how appreciative we are for him, he really made my entire family’s day and made sure it was loaded with fun and lots of laughs. This was my first time coming here and he definitely got you guys a forever customer. Customer service was immaculate.

This place is awesome fun for kids! And the general manager Melissa is welcoming and attentive. When I had a question she was very friendly and helpful to help me! My kids loved to come here! I know people say it’s outdated but it’s somewhere to go when you need to get out of the house with the kids.
