SAVANNAS PRESERVE STATE PARK TRAIL REVIEWS
Wow, great place. I've been to a lot of parks & this particular one is one oc the best I've seen ever. Public bathrooms fairly clean & lots of parking. Fishing everywhere & lots of species to catch. Everyone was super friendly too!
Had a nice walk on the path going north. Saw a gator and some birds. They have two dog parks for large and small dogs. They have a playground and picnic tables.
Some of the paths were too wet to take , but when we went to the canoe lunch there was a very knowledgeable women park ranger who gave us alot of information !

Oak Hammock Park Trail is a well-developed park that offers a wide range of activities for all ages. The park provides two trails of about 1.5 miles each. Oak Hammock Park has a pavilion with convenient picnic tables and a playground for kids to play. The park includes a patch of pine forest and an old midden. The Pine Trail begins behind the picnic area and is a short loop through the pines. It also has a boat ramp for the canal as well as several fishing stations along the canal. Oak Hammock Park Trail even offers fishing along the canal, a playground, and a picnic area. There are two loops, each of which meanders through its namesake: the Pine and the Oak. Follow the canal east past an observation deck beginning at the parking lot and playground to reach the Oak Trail.

OAK HAMMOCK PARK TRAIL REVIEWS
I love this park. It is one of my favorite places to take my dog. You can walk along the river and then walk into the preserves where they have wonderful trails. If you have a boat, you can launch it on the ramp.
My 1st but not last visit. Surprisingly serene and peaceful natural paths. I brought a bag to pick up garbage (as everyone should do when visiting a park) and it was the 1st time visiting a park I didnt even need it! I love it.
Really nice , clean park with long shaded trails it does have a decent amount of roots though ??????????? but I really like this park

OXBOW ECO-CENTER REVIEWS
Perfect day for a nature trail walk at Oxbow Eco-Center trail. Located in Port St. Lucie off of NE St. James Dr. this riverside reserve spans over 225 acres with trails, viewing towers and a discovery center. The trails are perfect for rookie hikers and walkers who want to get out and enjoy nature. Paths are clear and flat with wooden bridges and walkways. Markers are conveniently located throughout the trail and there is a nice guest house with a stage in the back where it looks like activities for families are held. The reserve is well maintained with the exception of some of the signs along the path. Many are faded and hard to read but understand that funding is tough to come by lately. A great place to take the kids, dog(s) or partner to enjoy the beautiful nature of Florida.
I’ve lived in Port Saint Lucie for about 7 years now and never had the time to come here but today with the help of a special lady I came and I have to say that is a beautiful peaceful place, I love nature so this gave me everything I can ask for. Did a couple miles of walking, wonderful place. The rain came down on us but no complaints, beautiful nature place in Saint Lucie County.
Very nice place to visit with your family. Child and dog friendly. The center itself is packed with information about local wildlife with live animal exhibits. We're yet to come back to explore the trails. I'm looking forward to it.
