“Mount Tom State Reservation in Holyoke, Massachusetts, is a 1967-acre site with miles of hiking and walking trails. The total length of the trail is 1.9 miles. The elevation gain of the trail is 606 feet. The trail is generally considered a moderately challenging trail route. The trail is out and back, and it takes approximately 58 minutes to complete the full path. Seasonal raptor migrations can also be observed at the reservation. This reserve features beautiful views of the Pioneer Valley in west-central Massachusetts.
