Beautiful place with a nice walking path around a lake, but it's not a long one. It's more for ambling and enjoying nature than for getting strenuous exercise. There are benches placed at multiple points on the walking trail to sit and take in the view. The walking path next to the road for vehicles is well built and separated clearly from the road for us to feel safe, and for us to even stand there and enjoy the view of the water.
This park it’s simply perfect. Love the fact that is really close to home, good location, and the park have the lake and the trail for hiking and mountain bike! I’m usually do both here and always looks in good condition by the city of Brookhaven. If you’re looking a nice view close to the city, this may be the right place, take your kids with you. You’re not gonna regret it.
Very nice park in North Brookhaven around a lake/creek that has ample opportunities for great photos or just enjoying walking/sitting/standing near the water. There are plenty of benches along the trail that wraps around the park, as well as swings near the lake area. Would recommend coming early or late if going on the weekend.
