We had a great time hiking here. We usually take the Arrowhead Point Trail but today we tried out another easy to moderate route. Started at Lot B and took Desert Iguana to lot K, then headed South on Coach Whip then East up Sunrise Trail towards lot H. Enjoyed the amazing view from the top then headed down Chuckwalla to Ramada 12-13 and hiked back to the car on Desert Iguana. We had fun exploring the mountain today. It was clean and people were nice.
Went for a hike back in March. It was my first time and I absolutely loved it. It was moderately difficult for me as I'm not much of a hiker. It was pretty chilly. I recommend high ankle boots for sure and thin sweater. This trail took me about an hour and twenty minutes to complete. I did notice that this place has a few different trails. The view was absolutely beautiful please try it.
This is a nice place to hike. There are about half dozen good trails here ranging from easy to moderate. I have tried to bike a couple of the trails but it's difficult in some spots for the bike but easy enough to hike those sections with the bike. Lots of skill is required if you try to bike it.
