The Noon-Phx team did an outstanding job coordinating my wedding! With only a two-hour window to set up our décor and some last-minute details—like the dessert table—I knew I needed a reliable day-of coordinator so my guests could simply enjoy the day. Noon-Phx was exactly what I was looking for. Even though they’re a newer company, Charity was always responsive to our questions and concerns. When she was unable to coordinate our event herself, she connected us with Alden Sia, who quickly put us at ease. Alden and the Noon-Phx crew handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our celebration. I highly recommend Noon-Phx for your wedding coordination needs—you’ll be in great hands.

As a mobile DJ for more than 20 years, working with Noon Phx led by coordinator Charity and her wonderful & super assistants was IMPRESSIVE. Charity has phenomenal attention to detail and the wedding lineup that she emailed me was the best I’ve ever seen. An hour before the wedding was about to end. the rain came down on us as it was an outdoor wedding and Charity and her assistants helped me tremendously so my equipment wouldn’t get that wet. They did everything in their power to help me. I would HIGHLY recommend Noon Phx to anyone looking for a coordinator who really cares for everyone and a true pro. I can’t wait to work with Noon Phx again when our paths cross.

Charity and her team at Noon did an amazing job! I got SO many compliments about how great everything looked at our reception. Charity listened to my vision and executed it perfectly. Charity's team was so helpful, from setting everything up with my family and friends to the teardown. They mentioned how kind and hardworking they were throughout the night. Rene at the Dodgers/Rockies game last night saved us! The parking lots are not marked at all. We went to the wrong one and couldn’t find our car. Rene picked us up in a golf cart and drove us around until we got to the right lot and found our car. He was amazing—so nice and he figured out we were in the wrong place. Thank you Rene for being so nice! Please tell them to mark the parking lots! They are completely unmarked.
