3 Best Public Parks in Glendale, AZ

The new expansion has something for every family member. New playground with disability friendly equipment. Multiple dog park runs for every size pooch. The expansive green grass field for playing catch or Frisbee throwing. The small lake has a fountain. Nice paved sidewalks with lots of different routes to trek through the park. Lighted pickleball courts. Brand new soccer fields. Multiple bathroom buildings. It's a beautiful park with ample safe parking.

Went fishing. The lake and the area around it is very clean. Plenty of light for night fishing. We just found out about their dog park. Wow!! We have never been to such a clean dog park. No dog poop on the ground from owners who don't clean after their dogs. Way to Geries Regional Park for doing such an awesome job. It's our go to place to take our dogs.

I've been to this park a couple of times. It's great for large events and for small groups, which I was part of this last visit when we sat at a picnic table and had lunch.

I enjoyed the park along with my kids together, we have fun playing on the play area. There is also a nice good long paved trail to walk, ride, run on for couple miles. Next to the trail is a canal. As you push and move forward more you find another park at it adds and it extends more on too. Its as a very nice and lovely neighborhood that's very capturing n peaceful. My family enjoyed it so I know you all as well love it too.

Really enjoy this well-kept and mostly flat path perfect for a good run, and easy to access near the football stadium in Glendale. There’s some shade from trees, and it felt pretty safe, even under the bridges. You can also stick to the higher paths by the road or canal, which are open and feel secure too.

Loved watching the sunset from one of the rest areas with my son. It's very clean here and the paths are clear. Lot's of other folks out and about. Everyone was very respectful walking their fur babies & riding their bikes. All kinds of dogs and none barked at us or even tried to sniff us as we passed. It was a nice experience.
