Granville homes. mean quality and customer satisfaction. I am a construction worker. I know the houses from the land to the last step when homeowners move in. and I have been working for many different builders all around the valley. and my experience. The standard, Grandville they are on another level high than anyone. from the first step. They make sure by themselves everything is perfect, ready before. go the next step. plumbers, concrete, electrical, frame. any step has to pass city inspection. on another company is all they need to go to the next step. but not with Granville. we have to pass city inspection which means have to buy everything made right and safe. and we have to pass Granville inspection. and Granville checks every day and every step. before go to the next. all this process doesn't happen with the other builders. this is to build. the house. one time the owner move-in. the costumer service is great for them. when we have any regular warranty service to do on Granville. we have to fix no more than 24 hours. on other builders. the owner calls thems. and the builders call us after a week or weeks.

Wow! Homes are just so beautiful. Nice size lots. This would definitely be a great place to live. As soon as covid is over and they can restart building, I too hope to live here as well.

Good collection of models homes all at one place and the Model homes were good and the customer service was good.
