3 Best Apartments For Rent in Fresno, CA

We moved here just a few months ago and we love it! It was a little over what we wanted to pay each month but it's totally worth it for all the amenities. Beautiful gated community with courtyards, good-sized apartments, 1-3 bedrooms, and 1 1/2 car garages. There are several courtyards, all different (golf course, fountains, palm trees and flowers everywhere, statues, etc.). A few of the amenities like the movie theater must be booked first but many of them are first come, first served. They have a kids hot tub, an adult hot tub, a large pool, a gym, a tennis court, a basketball court, a barbecue area with grills, and much more. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this complex.

Recently moved back after being here in the very first phase of these apartments. Ive moved from multiple apartments and these ones still IMO, have the best high quality amenities, biggest gym, tanning and day spa, best parking, biggest pool. Just all around a great community and not just the staff, but the residence here make you feel lile family. No complaints or regrets. Definitely recommend to my friends and family!.

Great place to live for all ages. As a more senior adult I appreciate coming home to the peaceful, safe environment. The complex is beautiful. Floor plans are well designed. Doesn’t feel like an apartment unit. Staff are very friendly. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly and efficiently which is extremely important day to day. I would recommend to others.

The Manager and and staff assistant manager went out of there way to help me on getting my apartment and also I have a disability and they took there time explaining stuff to my social worker and what we needed to get my apartment. They will help you with what you need As soon as I can.they are very helpful in every way and the maintenance is awesome and very explanatory. I will give them 10 stars or more if I could. Thank you to the office for being very helpful understanding of my disability and all With Disabilities.

My 2 sisters and I have lived here for almost a year now. We loved it here, it's nice and quiet. The staff here is awesome. The maintenance man is awesome. The people that live in this complex are friendly. This is a beautiful place to live.

I lived here for three years and I loved it. I love the staff/ management and the maintenance, they are always so quick to fix any problems. The apartments are so nice and home feeling, so much space and the prices are so reasonable for what you are getting. I loved the free events they had for the residents like the wine tasting events. The area is so quiet and peaceful. I miss living here so much.
