Best decision we ever made by choosing northwest Exteriors. Beginning with James, he was very knowledgeable and helped answer all our questions (and we had a lot). The day of installation we had the best team of installers, Jason, Derin, Tim and William. They arrived right on time, very friendly and hardworking. They were also very respectful and made sure everything was cleaned up before they finished for the day. They also installed new French Doors (View doors) and Security Screen doors, which are awesome! We are loving our new windows and doors and can't thank Northwest enough for doing such a great job. Highly Recommend!!

Northwest Exterior is a top notch company that has been around a long time. True profession in ever aspect from sales to installation. They will coordinate everything while double checking that all needs are met. If you want a 1st class experience after doing your research. Northwest is second to none.

First off, Cam came thru with the initial greet and quote, pretty down to earth dude, no sales pitch no gimmicks. I ended up getting quotes from other competitors, some were ridiculously priced, some were lagging. After my interactions with other companies, I decided to go with window world, Cam had a lot to do with it, he was on it. So we ordered my windows after getting an official measurement. I wasn't happy about the delay, but I also know Rome wasn't built in a day, so no biggie. After my windows were manufactured to size, I was given an install date. The installation, 3 gentlemen by the names of Anthony, Lou and Gage came for install. They were professional, they also did an outstanding job on installing my windows and a sliding door!! They did a clean job, they went above and beyond standard, they also paid attention to detail!! I'm happy, the family is happy, I'd recommend these guys to anyone!!

The expert service I received and the quality of the windows are well worth the time it takes to have the windows fabricated. I will use Window World of Fresno when I replace the windows in my garage.

The new windows are beautiful and financing was super easy. Replaced very old windows in our parent’s home. Professionalism at all stages of the process. Thank you Window World.

The crew from Fresno were awesome! Many, many thanks to Aurelio and Jose for all the hard work they did to install new windows and a slider in our home. They were courteous, answered all of our questions, provided great communication on what each day would entail, and they always cleaned up each day. These two are PROFESSIONALS! We absolutely love the windows and slider and they are worth the money we paid for them. Can't thank Aurelio, Jose, and the rest of the team enough for the service and product provided. I told the project manager, Katie Ball, that these two deserve a raise!

Our new windows are absolutely lovely! The team of professionals from the sale to the installation were wonderful. The installation was very challenging because of our steep roof and the height of some of the windows. This great crew of knowledgeable and friendly young men didn’t waste any time and got it done.

The two installers, Aurelio and Jose did a outstanding job both were very respectful of out home inside and out. Our new windows look fantastic thanks to their attention to detail. All the Anderson team we have worked with have been very helpful and knowledgeable of their product line and are attentive and polite.
