I went to browse and look at the many items they had to see what caught my attention. I ended up purchasing a beautiful unique pendent. The customer service from the staff was amazing. All four staff members that day were very helpful, Jason,Lourdes, Albert, and Micheal. Again, thank you to Jason for making the sale very professional and was able to answer all my questions efficiently.

Was browsing for men’s ring and this place was the best experience we have ever been to. Lourdes and Jason both were the nicest people ever. Lourdes is an amazing seller helped my fiancée and I find our perfect rings she is very patient with kids as we brought our baby there she is sweet and a good listener listening for our likings rather than trying to sell the most expensive things I am happy with service provided.

I purchased a nice diamond ring at the Kevin’s Jewelers in Modesto. Big mistake going to that location. Before I left the mall the ring had diamonds falling out of it and the sales ladies were rude, and didn’t want to acknowledge, or fix the situation.. It was just an awful experience. I reached out to the Kevin’s Jewelers in Fresno and they told me to come down to their location and they would help me out. Let me tell you they hooked me up with a new ring. They definitely know how to do business at the Fresno location. They know how to treat customers.
