I used Pars Development for my home remodeling project in Boca raton. They were excellent to work with. Hamid who is the General contractor and project manager at Pars, is very responsive and very easy to work with. He guided us thoroughly throughout the process and put more hours and effort beyond his responsibility and contractual agreement to make sure the job gets done on time within the budget we agreed on. the staff are very polite, professional and on time. Hamid is not only a great general contractor and a great designer, he's a gentleman and it was such pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Pars for your home remodeling and addition.

Hamid Zandi, the owner of Pars Development is a great designer and vert passionate about his work as the quality of his work reflects that... He always follows up and always on top of the work. I used his service for my medical office and for my house for the past few years. He is very knowledgeable and talented on design, construction, and project management. His subcontractors are also good workers and very professional. I have great respect for this company and I’m sure they they will never disappoint their clients.
