I recently purchased a sectional for my family room along with some new kitchen chairs and counter stools and will never buy furniture anywhere else again. I was treated like family at Fine Furniture. They suggested I send them a video of the room and from that they were able to accurately measure how big the sofa should be. They took their time with me and answered all my questions helping me with color and fabric choices. Today the delivery arrived and that experience was exceptional as well. The men came on time, were polite and friendly, set up the sectional and removed the boxes very quickly. I will definitely recommend Jack and his staff to anyone looking for nice furniture at a reasonable price and fantastic service.

I went to the store on a Thursday and my move in day was on a Friday. As I walked into the store I was greeted with a smile and EXCELLENT customer service. I was not rushed and the owners made me feel welcomed. At first the owner said he wasn’t sure if was going to be able to get me one out of the four items that I did purchase at the time, but he will let me know. Eventually he called me later on and was able to make that happen. His delivery workers are fast, as well. Overall GOOD service and company. DEFINITELY WORTH RECOMMENDING.

This was our first experience with Fine Furniture. Their customer service was above excellent! Jack and his mom were very personable, not at all pushy, so helpful and determined to find something we liked, showed us options which made us think outside the box, and very accommodating with having our selection before expected! We will definitely go back and will recommend Fine Furniture to our family and friends! Dave & Diane Trzaskos.

Highly recommend The Patio Shoppe! Everyone was amazing from start to delivery! Great selection with quality products. We are so happy we found the Patio Shoppe and will highly recommend to all of our friends and family. Our dining set and lounge set is amazing and well worth it!!.

I have shopped at Patio shoppe for over 20 years. They always have the styles I need. This delivery was quite challenging. It was in a roof top Penthouse. Their delivery guys did a great job. The look is Magazine worthy. We purchased a dining set with a 8" rectangular umbrella, a bar and barstools and a large living space set. Great Quality. Thank you Patio Shoppe and Thank you Jackie. Great communications and patience. One of my favorite go to patio stores.

The entire process was perfect Great sales staff Delivered on time by two great guys The quality of the furniture is amazing Cannot recommend these folks enough.
