I am very satisfied with Berger Windows and Doors with the work that they did in my apartment, replacing the old windows and door balcony for a hurricane impact windows. The time management of the work was precise and all the team (sales, installers, and management) were very professional and prompt to help. I will refer this company to all my friend and family for the future projects.

Berger was a great company to do business with and I highly recommend them. They were very professional, answered all of our questions, had competitive pricing, and there weren't any surprises with the pricing. We had all of our windows replaced with impact windows, so it was a relatively large project. The installation team was excellent and our windows look great.

Berger Windows and Doors installed a new hurricane impact door at my home. The process could not have been any better or easier with Berger. Berger handled everything from dealing with the City and my HOA. From beginning with my sales professional to installation, I could not expect anything better than this. I had a great experience with the installation team. The subcontractor was professional, responsive, and truly cared about making sure I was happy with the final result. When I had a few concerns after the installation, he came back promptly and fixed everything I asked him to, including the front door threshold. I really appreciated that he took the time to make sure everything was done right. His two helpers were also outstanding. They were hardworking, courteous, and respectful of my home. They helped move my furniture and belongings back into place, cleaned around all of the windows, and left the work areas looking great. The only cleaning I had to do afterward was wipe away some dust, which is completely understandable with this type of work because of all the cutting involved. They did an excellent job cleaning up everything else. I truly appreciate the team’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality window installation. Thank you for a job well done!.
